Tonight is the final in a series judging all the main Key Lime Pie offerings in Key West. Coming in at a new number 2 is Cafe Sole. This is another “made from scratch” version with a marshmallow topping vs. whipped cream. The filling was softer than The Red Shoe, and the crust was not quite as solid as TRS. So TRS remains at number one but Cafe Sole moves up to a very respecable number two.

I can’t eat any more KLP, it will kill me! :).
