Cafe Sole (6/6)

Cafe Sole (6/6)

When you walk up to a restaurant you know nothing about and are welcomed by the owner of 30 years, that’s special. John is a precious soul that cares about his baby, Cafe Sole. I heard his team meetings, his shared vision for the night, his discussion of the menu with his staff. Everything they do exudes excellence.

The meal was fabulous. The potabelo mushroom soup, the amazing cesar salad and the snapper filet cooked perfectly along with a beautiful and delicious vegetable lineup was spectacular.

This was a beautiful venue, a wonderful high quality staff and a beautiful meal. I can’t recommend it any higher.

Updating from second visit. Oh the filet, while we can cook an amazing filet ourselves, this one was delicious.

The filet cooked medium rare plus, so good.
